Cyberdis ("we", "us") operates the website at https://cyberdis.io. This policy describes what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We collect the personal information you submit through the forms on this site:

  • Contact form and partner application: your name, email address, company (optional), area of interest, and message.
  • Deal registration: your name, work email, phone (optional), your company, the end customer's name, and the deal details you provide (vendor, estimated value, expected close date, notes).

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement service, to understand aggregate site usage (page views, referrers, countries). It uses no cookies, no persistent identifiers, and no cross-site tracking, and it does not profile individual visitors.

How we use it

Contact and application submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to establish a business relationship. Deal registrations are stored in our internal deal-management system, used to confirm and protect the registered deal, and shared with the relevant vendor only as needed to confirm the registration. We send a confirmation email for registered deals. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Processing and transmission

Form submissions are transmitted and stored through our hosting and infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) and delivered to our inbox via a transactional email provider (Resend). These providers process the data only on our behalf.

Retention

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle them. Deal-registration records are kept for the duration of the business relationship they support, and deleted on request once no longer needed.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent us at any time by emailing info@cyberdis.io.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
